Refund and Returns Policy

At Kreva Pure, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in ensuring that our products reach you in perfect condition. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of food and nutrition products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or consumed.

Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

The product received is damaged during transit.
The product received is incorrect.
The package is tampered with upon delivery.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Order Number
Photos of the product and packaging
Description of the issue

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved by our team.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Replacements

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded in cases of:

Damaged products
Incorrect products delivered
Manufacturing defects

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened products
Used or partially consumed products
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
